GPS satellites and their important place in our navigation system

GPS satellites hovering above a very precise orbit about 16,000 km to the top (using the space shuttle as an example, approximately 320km orbit and geosynchronous satellites orbit around 38.600 km). Very different because the satellite, radio signals are weak gentleman. GPS satellites play an important role in many navigation systems produced today, and began to play increasing role in providing accurate time signals for many industries.
